Chief Executive Officer
Matthew P. Stauffer is Chief Executive Officer of Clarient Global LLC, a company founded by The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and six leading banks to help firms meet client data and documentation needs for internal onboarding as well as comply with a broad range of regulatory requirements.
Prior to this position, Matthew was Managing Director of Strategy and Business Development at DTCC and was responsible for developing common industry platforms across DTCC’s global middle office businesses. He was also head of DTCC’s Business Transformation Office, responsible for assessing and reengineering structures and processes to deliver greater business value. He remains a member of DTCC’s Operating Committee and Strategy & Planning Council.
Matthew has over 15 years of financial services experience including strategy, business development, operations and technology.
Previously, he held other key roles at DTCC including, Managing Director, Operations; Vice President, Corporate Strategy; and Director, Information Technology. Prior to joining DTCC in 2004, Matthew worked at Accenture in their Financial Services Transformation practice, dealing mainly in organizational transformation and business re-engineering.
He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications.

Managing Director, CIB Controls Office, Corporate & Investment Bank
Stuart Baker is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan Chase’s CIB Controls Office. Stuart joined JPMorgan as a graduate trainee in 1995. Over the last 20 years, Stuart has held various roles in Operations and Finance.
Stuart moved to Hong Kong in March 2004 and spent 10 years in the region. In his last 3 years in Hong Kong, Stuart was the CIB Head of Operations for Asia.
Stuart graduated from the University of Bristol (UK) with an Engineering Mathematics Degree and in 1997 qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.
Stuart is married with 3 children.

Managing Director, Investment Bank, Chief Data Officer
Colin Hall is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse (CS) and is the Investment Bank (IB) Chief Data Officer (IB CDO).
Colin responsibilities include managing the global teams maintaining CS IB’s client reference data, the CS group (i.e. IB and PB/WM) product data and the strategic programs delivering future state target operating models (TOM) and IT architecture for these reference data classes. He is also responsible for the strategic programs delivering the TOM and IT architecture for the client onboarding and legal contract negotiation processes. Colin is co-chair of Credit Suisse’s EME LGBT Diversity Committee.
Prior to joining CS, Colin spent 10 years at UBS. At UBS, Colin held several program management positions and was the business lead on UBS’ strategic Reference Data Program for several years. Colin ran UBS’ central Reference Data Service for 5 years, and for his final 2 years at UBS, Colin ran Risk Control Operations.
For 10 years prior to joining UBS, Colin worked at several consulting firms, including Price Waterhouse and Accenture, as a project and program manager of World Bank implementations of banking packages across Eastern and Central Europe.
Colin holds a BSc from Imperial College, London; is a member of the Royal College of Sciences, the British Computer Society and is an affiliate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Executive Vice President, Global Operations & Technology
James Hardy is an executive vice president in Global Operations and Technology, where he leads a regulatory compliance and a data management transformation program reporting to Vice Chairman Jim Phalen. Prior to this new role, James was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of State Street Global Markets, the company’s investment research and trading business, responsible for the strategic alignment and execution of key operating functions across the division, including operations and technology.
James has more than 25 years of business and technology consulting and management experience within the financial services industry. He has served as Chief Information Officer for Global Markets and, prior to joining State Street in 2003, was a senior executive in a financial technology consulting services company, where he was responsible for sales and delivery. James has also held senior positions at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and the international systems division of a Scandinavian bank.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in electronic engineering and mathematics from the University of Reading, UK and a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
Managing Director, Liquidity and Collateral Operations
Julie Harris oversees Liquidity and Collateral Operations (LCO), which includes Accounting Services, Funding Operations, Treasury Operations, Margin, Collateral and Valuations. She also oversees Operations Data Quality Management, which includes Enterprise Reference Data and Operations Data Services. Julie serves on the Operations Operating Committee, the Operations Data Quality Management Steering Committee and the Operations Financial Reform Steering Committee. She also serves on the firmwide Asset Liability Committee, Finance Committee and Credit Policy Committee. Julie joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie was a senior partner with Diamond Management and Technology Consulting, where she managed their relationship with Goldman Sachs.
Julie serves on the Board of Directors of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center in Manhattan.
Julie earned a BS in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Head of DTCC Solutions
Timothy Keady is Managing Director and Head of DTCC Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for leading DTCC’s businesses related to derivatives, collateral, institutional post-trade processing (i.e., Omgeo products), entity data (e.g., Avox Data Services) and data products as well as DTCC’s joint venture companies, Clarient Global LLC., DTCC-Euroclear Global Collateral Ltd. and Soltra. He is also responsible for leading DTCC’s Sales and Solution Delivery team, which includes Sales and Partners, Relationship Management, Global Solution Delivery, Marketing & Communications and Industry Relations.
Prior to this, Keady was the Chief Client Officer of DTCC. Before the DTCC’s reacquisition of Omgeo, Keady was the Managing Director of Global Sales & Solution Delivery for Omgeo, overseeing the Sales and Partners team, Global Relationship Management, Marketing, Sales Planning & Execution and Integration teams. During his 20-year career in financial services, he has created multiple programs, products, and initiatives that have successfully secured strategic partnerships, streamlined processes for maximum efficiency and penetrated new, international markets for Omgeo’s products and services. He has consistently played a key role in recognizing customers’ needs and aligning them with revenue-enhancing solutions worldwide.
Before joining Omgeo, Keady was an account executive at Thomson Financial’s Electronic Settlements Group. He has also held sales positions at Fidelity Investments Institutional Services Co. and Keystone Mutual Funds.
